"Pretty decent from what I remember"
From what I remember, the order arrived in good shape, so no real complaints there. It just took a bit longer than I was expecting, which made the whole experience feel just okay overall...

"Pretty good, but I couldn’t find everything"
I mean, kurtzbros does have a decent mix of school and office supplies, and I did find a bunch of what I needed. But… a few things were either missing or just kind of hard to track down. Not a bad experience overall, honestly. I just wish some of the categories had a little more variety so I didn’t have to keep looking elsewhere.

"Delivery was fine, but kinda frustrating"
My order did show up, but it came a couple days later than I expected. The weird part is the tracking wasn’t really clear, so I wasn’t sure where it was or when it would actually arrive. Everything was fine once I got it, I just wish the delivery had been a little more reliable.

I placed a bulk order for our classroom and, i was kind of expecting at least one thing to go wrong because that’s usually how these things go. But everything showed up on time, packed properly, and the prices were actually fair. So, pleasantly enough, no complaints from me.

"Order wasn't nothing too bad"
My order from Kurtz Bros was mostly right, but one item wasn't the exact size I picked. Everything else showed up fine and was packed okay, so it wasn't no big disaster or anything. I just had to make it work instead of dealing with a return. I'd maybe order again, but I do hope they check the little details a bit closer next time.

"Felt Like I Had to Chase Them for Updates"
Ordering was easy enough, but after that it was like, give me a break, I shouldn’t have to keep emailing just to find out what’s going on. The updates were slow and not very clear, so I was left guessing most of the time. They did get back to me eventually, and it wasn’t a total disaster, but it was definitely more frustrating than it needed to be.

My account did work fine eventually, but logging in was a little more annoying than I expected. I had to reset my password once, and the reset email took a few minutes to come through, which was frustrating. It wasn’t a huge deal, but when I’m spending money on a site, I kind of expect the basics to feel quick and easy. After that, it saved my info and checkout went okay. Overall, it was fine, just not the smoothest experience.

"Really happy with the sturdy packaging"
My order showed up packed really nicely, and I was glad to see everything in good shape. Nothing was bent, damaged, or out of place. The box felt sturdy, and everything looked clean when I opened it. Overall, I’m satisfied with how well it was packaged.

"Arrived fast, but I felt a little misled"
The shipping was way faster than I expected, and there weren’t any issues with the delivery itself. That said, I did feel a bit misled by what I was expecting versus what showed up, so the quick shipping was nice but didn’t totally make up for that

"Shipping cost was fair"
I ordered from kurtzbros.com and, shockingly enough, the shipping cost didn’t make me question all my life choices. I was fully expecting it to be way higher like it is on some other school supply sites, because apparently pencils need luxury transport now.

Everything arrived just fine, and checkout didn’t feel like a sneaky little trap at the end. that’s a big part of why I’m giving 5 stars, fair shipping feels weirdly impressive these days.

"Decent experience, but check stock before you plan"
The site was easy to use overall, but a few of the items I needed were out of stock. I was still able to order some supplies, but I had to go somewhere else to finish getting everything on my list. Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating when you’re trying to get it all done in one place. My advice would be to double-check availability early, especially if you’re shopping for specific items.

I’ve ordered from Kurtz Bros a few times for my classroom. It’s been smooth every time. They carry the basic stuff I actually use. Not a bunch of random extras. The prices feel fair too.
Shipping was quick. Everything arrived packed well. I got folders, paper, and a few teacher supplies for my students. Nothing fancy. Just simple and reliable. That helps a lot during the school year.

"Pretty much as easy as I expected"
I used kurtzbros.com to grab some school supplies, it was painless. I already had it in my head that their site would be straightforward, since I’d heard that before, and my experience basically confirmed it. "Really helpful customer service"
I had a question about my order and wasnt sure what I should do. Customer service got back to me quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They were super nice too and didnt make me feel silly for asking. Id definitely order from Kurtz Bros again.
